Every burrito is generously filled with rice, beans, crisp lettuce, cheese, and creamy guacamole, then paired with your choice of flavour-packed fillings – from tender Flat Iron steak strips in our Beef Burrito to the rich depth of Miso Glazed Mushrooms, or the juicy, spiced perfection of our Chicken Al Pastor. We wanted to design a restaurant that was as close to Latin America interior as possible. That’s why we partnered with some of the most talented interior designers in the country to create a dining space that’s almost as memorable as our food!

Absolutely. We keep a number of tables available for walk-ins, though availability can vary during busy periods.
Cabo requires a card to be associated with every booking. You will only be charged in the event of a no-show at a rate of £5 per head, or in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours.
At the manager’s discretion, you may be charged a deposit upfront for large bookings.
